Santa Clara-based 3Com is the latest company to begin using Seattle-based AskMe Corporation's enterprise knowledge sharing solution.

Using a standard Web browser, e-mail system, or virtually any other intranet application, 3Com's employees will now be able to identify qualified individuals with relevant expertise, submit their questions or problems to those individuals, and receive solutions from them so they can take immediate and effective action.
