AUSTRALIA, May 18--Online sex toy merchant AdultShop.com will buy U.S. erotica retailer Game Link for more than $10 million in cash and stock. Game Link has been selling adult products over the Internet since 1993. Australian-based AdultShop will pay $3.6 million in cash plus 4.5 million shares, and 10 million options, exercisable at $1.75 each.
