HP and vJungle Team Up
HP, which holds an equity investment in vJungle, will take advantage of vJungle's OpenEX platform for the delivering of such e-services as personalized email, a calendar, a website builder, 50MB of data storage space and the hosting of "virtual meetings" via a chat function.
According to HP General Manager for Small and Medium Business Marketing Mike Weir, HP wants to make it as simple as possible for SMB customers to harness the Web's power by allowing them to stay focused on their core businesses and run them more efficiently and profitably.
"We chose vJungle's OpenEX platform as the foundation for the e-services on HP's Business Customer Center because, like HP, vJungle is committed to delivering powerful e-services that offer a simple, personalized user experience," says Weir.
