How to get over a crush? Please help. I can't sleep.?

  • At what age do women stop having crushes? I have a huge crush on this guy. He is the one who started flirting with me. He would look into my eyes, smile alot.Now I can't sleep at night. I keep thinking about him. How do I get over this?


  • There is no age when women no longer get infatuated, nor men. It's not a childish feeling, I assure you. It's a natural part of life everyone goes through. However, you seem to have an obsession. Your conscious appears to be begging you to do something with this man, don't just sit and gawk at him for hours. This is a chance.

  • You can have a crush on a guy for as long as you're alive. It doesn't matter how old you are. Everyone has crushes. Now...if you have a huge crush on this guy and he keeps flirting with you, clearly you both like each other and it sounds as though you're afraid to get involved with him. Why do you want to get over this so bad?

    BUt if you really don't want to get involved with him, then your crush on him will end in time. Clearly you like this guy though and he likes you, so what's the problem?

  • if your thoughts are racing when you try to go to sleep you won't fall asleep. you need to clear your mind. meditation can help or you can always try the conventional but probably not worth the time, "counting sheep".
