Have all symptoms of pregnancy but don't know for sure?

  • have soar nipples
    more discharge
    cramping
    lower back pain
    certain smells make me nauseous
    very hormonal and moody
    missed period. 1 and 1/2 weeks late

    have had positive urine tests, but negative blood test
    it would only have been about 2 weeks after conception that i took the blood test, and it was a qualitative not quantitative, so it may not have picked it up yet
    I've also heard that blood tests are more accurate but not necessarily more sensitive
    any real life experiences in this would be nice to hear from
